Liz Weiss and Janice Bissex are registered dieticians and are considered two of USA’s top experts on family nutrition.  They’re on a mission to help busy families eat better.

Liz has two boys and Janice has two girls, so they’re the perfect balance for providing advice to Moms of all ages.  They are not only on a mission to help de-stress your dinner time, but also love to help their colleagues do well.

“Your job is to prepare the meal with a bunch of healthy foods.  Their job is to decide how much to eat and what they’ll eat….and you have to allow them to do that.”

Top Tips for Healthier Meals

  1. Thing about Fruit and Vegetables first.
  2. Stock the pantry with healthy ingredients.
  3. Create a shopping list from a meal plan.

“Don’t give up.…Be patient.  Keep putting all those healthy foods out on the table.  Set up those good eating habits early and build upon them.  Have fun.  Take pressure off yourself and have a good time.”
